About what we sell
How often should a scum absorber be replaced?
When it stops springing back after being squeezed — typically every few weeks in a regularly used tub. They can be rinsed and reused between changes.
Are the booster seats weighted?
The seats we describe as weighted are filled so they stay on the bench rather than floating up. Seats without that description rely on suction cups and are better suited to a flat footwell.
Will the bamboo trays fit my tub?
The trays are sized by the span they bridge, which is listed on each product page. Measure across your tub rim before ordering; the extendable trays cover a wider range.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $7.25 across the US, and it is free once your order reaches $55.
Can chemicals be returned?
Only unopened and with the seal intact, within 30 days. Once a chemical container has been opened we cannot accept it back.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to United States street addresses only, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Cash on delivery. The Payment Policy explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Cancellation Policy.
